O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking direction to the Respondents 1 and 2 to consider the petitioner's representation

dated 11.01.2017 to take stringent action against the respondents 6 and 7 and their family members who are inducing the police and criminals.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 5 submitted that the sixth respondent is none other than the daughter-in-law of the petitioner herein. She further submitted that on the complaint lodged by the sixth respondent herein, the fourth respondent has registered a case in Crime No.18 of 2014 for the offence under Sections 498(A), 406, 109 of IPC r/w Section 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, as against the petitioner and his family members and the investigation is pending. While pending investigation in Crime No.18 of 2014, the petitioner lodged a complaint with false allegation. Even then the said complaint was enquired and the same was closed. Thereafter, the fourth respondent has conducted enquiry in Crime No.18 of 2014 and completed the investigation and filed a charge sheet in C.C.No.631 of 2014 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Mahila Court, Madurai and it is pending for trial.

3.Recording the said submission, this writ petition stands dismissed as devoid of merits. No costs.
