ORDER

This writ petition has been filed challenging the suspension order imposed on the petitioner.

2. It is now brought to the notice of this Court by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that subsequent to filing of this writ petition, the petitioner has also died.

3. It is also represented by the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent, on instructions, that 2/4

recommendations have been made for payment of family pension to the wife of the deceased petitioner.

4. Recording the fact that the recommendations have been made by the respondents for payment of family pension to the wife of the deceased petitioner, this Court is dismissing this writ petition as infructuous, which is also accepted by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

5. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. 07.08.2024 Index : Yes / No NCC : Yes / No Sm 3/4
