laying National High Road in their locality, by notification published in Tamil Daily on 20.05.2013 by considering the petitioner's representation dated on 01.02.2017 and consequently forbearing the second respondent from giving compensation to the petitioner's brothers thorough the created documents in respect of the land in Survey Nos.93/2B and 93/4A1 in Palakulam Village, Ramanathapuram, Ramanathapuram District.

ORDER

It is informed that the compensation has been deposited into the Principal District Court, Ramanathapuram in N.H.O.P.No.77 of 2022 bearing Cheque No.000598, dated 04.08.2022 for the lands acquired in S.F.Nos.93/2B and 93/4A of Palakulam Village, Ramanathapuram District.

2. In view of the fact that the compensation has already been deposited, this Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the petitioner is at

liberty to workout her remedy before the civil Court. No costs.
