ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 & 2 to give police protection to fence the land of the petitioner in S.No. 264/3B with an extent of 2231 sq.ft and also in S.No.263/3B with an extent of 5000 sq.ft altogether 7231 sq.ft in Mallankinaru Village based on the petitioner's representation dated 01.09.2022. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner tried to fence the lands situated in the above said survey numbers and the same was objected by the private respondents, who are having lands in adjacent. Hence, the petitioner sent a representation to the first respondent on 01.09.2022. But, the same was not considered. Thereby, the petitioner filed this petition with the above said prayer.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State would submit that on the complaint given by the petitioner, enquiry was conducted and the same was closed on 22.11.2022. Hence, nothing survives was further adjudication in this petition.
