Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.RAMESHKUMAR.D, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.S.MANIKANDAN, Government Advocate(crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.13474 of 2023 on 24.07.2023.

2. Totally there are three petitioners in this case. By mistake this petition ha been filed in including the petitioners 1 and 2, in respect of whom the petition for anticipatory bail was already dismissed. This petition is filed only in respect of third petitioner only.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the 3rd petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and investigation is still pending. 4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.13474 of 2023 on 24.07.2023 is relaxed in respect of the third petitioner and the third petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation. This petition is dismissed in respect of petitioners 1 and 2.
