[Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.] The review application has been instituted to review the order dated 17.12.2020, passed in W.A(MD)No.1151 of 2019. 2.The learned Counsel appearing for the review petitioner would contend that the student strength from English medium also to be taken into consideration for the purpose of determining the surplus teacher. These are all 2/4

the merits, which were adjudicated both by the learned Single Judge and by the Division Bench of this Court. Re-adjudication for review is impermissible in the review petition. Grounds for appeal cannot be considered in the review petition. Only in the event of an error apparent, the power to review is to be exercised but not otherwise. In the present case, the petitioner is unable to establish any error apparent but offended to raise grounds on merits which deserve no consideration.
