ORDER

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents. 2.The petitioner's name is figuring in the history sheet list maintained by the second respondent. The petitioner wants this Court to direct the respondents to delete his name from the said list. It is not in dispute that atleast for the last two years, the petitioner has not come under the adverse notice of the respondents. The respondents are directed to delete the name of the petitioner from the list of history sheeted rowdies.
