ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed, seeking for a direction to the 2nd respondent to register the property situated in S.No.101 at Thanthoni Village, Karur Taluk and District to an extent of 82 cents in favour of the petitioner, by considering his representation dated 06.09.2024. 2.By consent of both parties, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

3.It is the case of the petitioner that his father, namely, Vaiyapuri Gounder, had purchased the property in question from one Palaniappa Gounder through a registered sale deed dated 23.01.1984. The father of the petitioner died on 11.09.2000 and during his life time, he executed a unregistered Will dated 24.08.2000 in favour of the petitioner in respect of the property in question. Therefore, the petitioner sent a representation dated 06.09.2024 to the respondents 1 to 3, to register the property in question in favour of the petitioner. Since the same has not been considered so far, the petitioner has filed this Writ Petition.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is of the view that when the petitioner derived the property in question by way of Will and other legal heirs have no objection for the same, it is for the petitioner to present the document before the registering authority, who in turn, on receipt of the same, has to register the same in accordance with law. 5.With the above observation, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
