ORDER
The writ petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 herein to conduct survey of the property situated in Survey No. 960/3F1B, Vathalagundu Village, Nilakottai Taluk, Dindigul District, by considering the application of the petitioner dated 05.08.2025 (the date is wrongly mentioned as 01.08.2025 in the prayer portion of the writ petition instead of 05.08.2025).
2.Heard the arguments of Mr.M.Ramesh, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.M.Gangatharan, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 and Mr.M.Vaikkam Karunanithi, learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the third respondent. Since no adverse order is passed against the respondents 4 to 16, notice to them is dispensed with. 3.By consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
4.According to the petitioner, the subject property belongs to him and his two brothers under settlement deed dated 04.09.2020 executed by the petitioner's another brother, Theivasigamani. The patta for the subject property also stands in the names of the petitioner and two others in Patta No. 5271. The petitioner submitted an online application on 05.08.2025 in Application No.2025/0123/13/014394. The same has not been considered. Hence, the petitioner has come before this Court. 5.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that the application submitted by the petitioner will be considered in accordance with law.

In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the respondents 1 and 2 are directed to consider the online application of the petitioner dated 05.08.2025 and pass final orders on its own merits within a period of fourteen weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after issuing notice to the petitioner,
private respondents 4 to 16, neighbouring land owners and other interested parties. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
