O R D E R

The Writ Petition has been filed seeking a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to dispose of the writ petitioner's representation dated 23.12.2016 within time stipulated by this Court.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner would submit that since the patta was issued in favour of one Vijayalakshmi, the writ petitioner was constrained to file a representation dated 23.12.2016.

3. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent would submit that though joint patta was issued in the name of one Mookkaiah and five others earlier, the writ petitioner has made the representation only to delete the name of the said Vijayalakshmi and is pending before the respondent.

4. Considering the above and also taking note of the fact that the representation is dated 23.12.2016, the respondent is directed to give notice to the writ petitioner as well as to the said Vijayalakshmi and 2/4

conduct enquiry and pass orders within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
