When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that earlier, this Court granted an order 2/5

of interim stay. Subsequently, the impugned order of transfer was cancelled and therefore, the petitioner was retained in the same place, where he was working prior to the transfer order.

2.In view of the submission, this Court finds that in this petition nothing survives for adjudication. Therefore, this writ petition stands dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
