RESPONDENT/ RESPONDENT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners by this Hon'ble Court vide order in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.12187 of 2021 dated.01.09.2021. Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.MURUGESAN.M, Advocate for the petitioners and of MR.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate(Criminal Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.12187 of 2021, dated 01.09.2021.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly, without fail.

3.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) would submit that the petitioners 1, 2, 4 and 5 are complying with the condition regularly, but, the third petitioner did not comply with the conditions regularly.

CRL MP(MD) No.11231 of 2021 4.In view of the attitude of the third petitioner, this Court is not inclined to modify the condition. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed insofar as the third petitioner is concerned.

5. Insofar as the petitioners 1, 2, 4 and 5 are concerned, since the petitioners 1, 2, 4 and 5 are complying with the conditions regularly without fail, the condition imposed against the petitioners 1, 2, 4 and 5 is fully relaxed. Accordingly, this petition is ordered insofar as the petitioners 1, 2, 4 and 5 are concerned.

6.Accordingly, this criminal original petition is partly allowed.
