Prayer in CMP(MD). 11118/ 2022 IN SA(MD) No.82 of 2008: To condone the delay of 519 days in representing the above application in C.M.P.(MD).SR.No.16530 of 2019 in S.A.(MD).No.82 of 2008 and thus render justice.

PRAYER IN SA(MD) No.82 of 2008:

To prefer this memorandum of Second Appeal against the Judgment and Decree passed in A.S.No.150 of 1993 on the file of the Sub Court, Karur dated 29.09.2006 confirming the Judgment and Decree passed in O.S.No.1168 of 1991 on the file of District Munsif Court, Karur dated 30.06.1993.

ORDER : These petitions coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petitions and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S R.BALAKRISHNAN, Advocate for the petitioner in both petitions, the court made the following order:- Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in the support of these petitions, the delay in representation is 2/3

condoned on payment of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred only) to the Chief Justice Relief Fund in each petitions within a period of one week from today.
