ORDER

The petitioner submitted the petition before the first respondent by invoking Circular No.67 dated 03.11.2011 issued by the Inspector General of Registration. W.P.(MD)No.3157 of 2017 petitioner that only after the stay order is lifted, his petition will be gone into. It is beyond dispute that Circular No.67 itself has been withdrawn. Nothing survives for further adjudication.

2. The writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. The rights of the petitioner are left open. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. No costs.
