P RAYER : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records pertaining to the Impugned Order in Ka.No.A1/43315/2016 dated 20.01.2017 on the file of the Respondent No.2 and quash the same as illegal and consequently for a direction, directing the Respondents to revise the seniority list relating to the Junior Scientific Officers by placing the Petitioner in S.No.10 of the Seniority List or in the alternative to place the Petitioner above the Respondent No.3 in accordance with Rule 35(a) and 35(aa) of the Tamilnadu Subordinate Service Rules, within the time period stipulated by this Court.
