ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records of the impugned order passed by the first respondent herein in his proceedings in OR/NGL/2016-2017, dated 08.02.2017 (freezing of accounts in the name of M/s.Loyola Educational Trust) and quash the same and further direct the first respondent herein to permit the petitioner (Managing Trustee of M/s.Loyola Educational Trust) to operate the accounts in the name of M/s.Loyola Educational Trust for disbursement of salary to the staffs of Loyola Institute of Technology and Science, Thovalai, Kanyakumari District within the time stipulated by this Court.

2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner, the learned Counsel appearing for the first respondent and the learned Counsel appearing for the third respondent.

3.In view of the interim order dated 21.04.2017 in W.M.P.(MD) No.2520 and 2521 of 2017, the parties have agreed that the interim arrangement will continue till the disposal of the suits and no further adjudication is necessary in this matter. Hence, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
