W.P.[MD]No.318 of 2017 the counsel on record for third respondent are before me. This Court is informed that the fourth respondent (private respondent) is no more and nobody is being brought on record.

Be that as it may, learned counsel for writ petitioner and learned State counsel for the first respondent as well as learned counsel for the third respondent submit in one voice that the 'TASMAC shop (Retail Outlet) Shop No.8130 in Survey No.13/1A in Kandiyur Village, Thiruvaiyaru Taluk, Thanjavur District' (hereinafter referred to as 'said shop' for the sake of convenience and clarity) has since been closed, eviction has been ordered by the Revenue court, confirmed by the District Judge, Thanjavur and steps are under way for the writ petitioner-Temple to take possession of the same.
3. In the light of the narrative thus far, the above mentioned counsel submit that the captioned writ petition has become infructuous and the same can be disposed of as closed.
4. Recording the stated position of the writ petitioner, captioned writ petition is disposed of as closed. Though obvious, I make it clear that I have not expressed any view or opinion on the merits of the matter. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected W.M.P is disposed of as closed.
