State of Tamil Nadu and others reported in (2022) 12 SCC
696. Challenging the order of the learned Single Judge, a batch of writ appeals were filed and they were disposed of on the same lines of the judgment of the Honourable Supreme Court.
2. In view of the same, nothing survives in these writ appeals and accordingly, both the writ appeals are also dismissed as infructuous. However, the appellants are at liberty to work out their remedy in the manner known to law. No costs. Consequently, the connected Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are dismissed.
