ORDER

The Writ Petition has been filed seeking orders to direct the second respondent to conduct enquiry as against the third respondent for fabrication of documents based on the writ petitioner's representation dated 07.08.2024 and 09.08.2024.

2. Mr.E.Antony Sahaya Prabahar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor takes notice for the respondents 1 and 2. By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that the writ petitioner's complaint was forwarded to Kottar Police Station on the point of jurisdiction.

4. Recording the same, the Inspector of Police, Kottar Police Station, Nagercoil is directed to issue notice to the writ petitioner as well as to the private respondent and conduct enquiry and pass orders within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4

5. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
