ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 528 B.N.S.S., seeking orders to direct the second respondent to give adequate police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 09.09.2024.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, FIR came to be registered in Crime No.197 of 2024 on 22.09.2024 and that investigation is pending.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the third respondent and her family members have refused to allow the petitioner to enter into her own home and they are threatening the petitioner continuously.

4. Considering the above, the second respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 09.09.2024 with regard to 2/4

police protection and take a decision within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
