ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking orders to direct the respondent Nos.2 and 3 not to harass the petitioner in the guise of enquiry based on the complaint given by respondent Nos.4 and 5 against the petitioner herein.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) would submit that the petitioner is the husband of the fourth respondent and the fifth respondent is the father of the fourth respondent, who is a Police Officer and that on the basis of the complaint given by the fourth respondent, enquiry has been initiated in CSR.No.347 of 2024 and it is pending before the second respondent. 3.Considering the allegations levelled as against the fifth respondent, the second respondent is directed to issue written summons to the petitioner and the fourth respondent, conduct enquiry and pass orders, in accordance with law, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With the above directions, this criminal original petition stands disposed of.
