Heard Mr.K.Althaf Sheriff, learned Counsel for M/s.Ajmal Associates for the Revision Petitioner and Mr.Vaikkam Karunanidhi, learned Government Advocate for the Respondent.

2. This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 442 days in filing the revision petition in Crl.RC(MD)SR.No.30467 of 2025 against the order passed in Crl.M.P.No.3599 of 2023 dated 20.02.2024 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thiruchuli, Virudhunagar District and set aside the same and direct the learned Judicial Magistrate to remove all the proceeding in C.C.No.17 of 2024.

3.When the matter was taken up for hearing, Mr.K.Althaf Sheriff, learned Counsel for M/s.Ajmal Associates appearing for the Revision Petitioner, submitted that the Revision Petitioner got acquitted from the charges by the learned District Munsif Cum Judicial Magistrate, Thiruchuli in C.C.No.17 of 2024 vide order dated 24.10.2025. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in the present petition.

4. Mr.Vaikkam Karunanidhi, learned Government Advocate for the Respondent concurred with the submissions made by learned Counsel for the Revision Petitioner.

5. Recording the said submission and in view of the subsequent acquittal, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. Consequently, Crl.RC(MD)SR.No.30467 of 2025 is rejected.
