ORDER

This writ petition has been filed in the nature of Mandamus, seeking a direction to the 1 and 2 respondents to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 08.09.2023.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent submitted that based upon the previous complaint given by the petitioner, enquiry has been conducted by the respondent. Since the dispute between the parties is civil in nature, the parties were directed to work out their remedies before the appropriate Civil Court and the same was closed on 08.07.2023. The closure report was already served to the petitioner and the same was acknowledged by him. Again on 08.09.2023, the petitioner has preferred the present representation with the very same subject matter. 3.In view of the above, since the dispute between the parties are civil in nature, the first respondent is directed to close the representation given by the petitioner within a period of 15 days, from the date of receipt of copy of this order. The closure report shall be served upon to the petitioner. 2/4

4.With the above directions, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs. However, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the closure report in the manner known to know.
