Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of none appeared either in person or by an Advocate on behalf of the petitioner and of Mr.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate(crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.14565 of 2021 on 29.09.2021. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation for the petitioner.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and investigation has been completed and final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Paramakudi on 17.11.2021 and the same has not been taken on file so far.

CRL MP(MD) No.11294 of 2021 4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by the Government Advocate (Crl. Side) the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.14565 of 2021 on 29.09.2021 is relaxed and the petitioner shall report before the concerned Court on receipt of summons.
