ORDER

The Civil Revision Petition has been filed seeking a direction to dispose of the petition in Election O.P.No.164 of 2022 on the file of the learned Principal District Judge, Tiruchirappalli, within a stipulated time fixed by this Court.

2. Since the civil revision petition is filed for early disposal of the suit, the issuance of notice to the respondents is not necessary. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petition filed in 2022. In the trial Court, though the adjournment was made with a note that 'No further adjournment, post on 15.02.2023, thereafter, several adjournments have been made with same note and hence, the petition is pending without any progress. Hence, the petitioner was constrained to file the present petition.

4. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and also perused the records.

5. In view of the above, the Civil Revision Petition is allowed. The trial Court is directed to dispose of the petition in Election O.P.No.164 of 2022 within a period of (08) eight months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. No costs.
