ORDER

This Writ Petition is taken up for hearing at the time of admission with the consent of the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel for the respondents.

This Writ Petition has been filed for a Mandamus to direct the respondents to transfer the agricultural electricity service connection bearing S.C.No.A1303 (440-006-1303) standing in the name of the petitioner to the petitioner's agriculture land property comprised in Survey No.182/2 measuring about 0.56.5 Hectares i.e. 1 Acre, 39 Cents from the land property comprised in 2/5

Survey No.108/66A1A, situated at Ilaiyangudi South, Ilaiyangudi Taluk, Sivagangai District in the light of the petitioner's transfer application, dated 01.02.2024 based on the representations of the petitioner, dated 01.03.2024 and 01.07.2024.

3. The learned Standing Counsel for the respondents submits that the first respondent will consider the petitioner's application dated 01.02.2024 based on the representations dated 01.03.2024 and 07.04.2024 within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
