The Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking orders to condone the delay of 93 days in representing the appal against the judgment and decree, dated 03.10.2024 in A.S. No.124 of 2023 on the file of the Sub-Court, Musiri, confirming the judgment and decree, dated 26.02.2019 in O.S.No.97 of 2010 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Musiri.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and also perused the records.

3.Considering the reasons assigned and also taking note of the quantum of delay, this Court is inclined to condone the delay. Accordingly, this petition is ordered and the Registry is directed to take the appeal on file, if it is otherwise in order and list the matter in the usual course.
