ORDER

The jurisdiction of this Court under Article 227 of the Constitution of India has been invoked for an expeditious disposal of R.C.O.P.No.109 of 2018 pending on the file of the Rent Controller, Tiruchirappalli.

2.A perusal of the B-diary extracts would indicate that the evidence had opened as early as on 12.12.2019 and to date, it has not been concluded.

3.In view of the above, the Rent Controller, Tiruchirappalli, is directed to dispose of R.C.O.P.No.109 of 2018 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and report to this Court.
