COMMON PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records in pursuant to the impugned order passed by the 2nd respondent in his proceedings R.No.28790/MPIV/S3/2016 dated 15.04.2016 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents promote the petitioner to the post of Health Educator in the Tamil Nadu Public Health Subordinate Services in Kanyakumari District and Virudhunagar District, respectively; based on his seniority with all attendant and monetary benefits.

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the petitioners were already granted promotion to the said post of Health Educator, vide proceedings No.28790/MP4/S3/2016-41, dated 27.07.2017 and the petitioners have joined duty in the said post and continuing their service. The submission is recorded.
