ORDER

The writ petition has been filed for a mandamus to the 1st and 2nd respondents to include survey No.17/34 of Midalam Village in Patta No. 3389 of petitioner and may consequently direct the 3rd respondent revive the land tax from the petitioner for resurvey Nos.17/16 and 17/34 of Midalam Village.

2. The learned Additional Government Pleader on behalf of the respondents would submit that the request would be considered and orders would be passed within a period of eight weeks.

3. Recording the same, a mandamus is issued to the respondents 1 to 3 to consider the request of the petitioner and pass orders within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
