ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking orders to direct the first respondent to close the history sheet in H.S.No.392 of 1995 maintained by the third respondent by considering the petitioner's representation dated 25.03.2022 in accordance with law, within a time frame. 2.Mr.E.Antony Sahaya Prabahar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor takes notice for the respondents. By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 3.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that the petitioner is convicted for the offence under Section 302 IPC and that he is having another case in the year 2020 in Cr.No.160 of 2020. 4.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner was acquitted in the murder case by the Hon'ble Supreme Court and the case in Cr.No.160 of 2020 came to be quashed and that he is not having any other case as of now.

5.Considering the above, the second respondent is directed to consider the writ petitioner's representation dated 25.03.2022 and pass orders in accordance with law, in the next meeting. 6.With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
