ORDER

Heard the learned counsel for the writ petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the official respondents. Even though the private respondents have been served and they had entered appearance through counsel, they have not chosen to be present today. 2/4

2.The grievance of the petitioner is that vide proceedings dated 24.08.2022, he was permitted to remove silt from the petition mentioned tank. However, the private respondents are preventing the petitioner from removing the silt. He has therefore given a representation dated 28.09.2022. The first respondent is directed to take a call on the aforesaid representation. 3.With this direction to the first respondent, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
