ORDER

The present petition has been filed by the wife, seeking transfer of the case in H.M.O.P.No.90 of 2022 pending on the file of the Sub Court, Lalgudi to be transferred to Sub Court, Karur, on the ground that she is a permanent resident of Karur and she finds difficulty to travel to Lalgudi. It is also pointed out that the petitioner / wife had filed H.M.O.P.No.73 of 2022 on the file of the Sub Court, Karur for the relief of divorce.

2. Considering the above said facts, H.M.O.P.No.90 of 2022 pending on the file of Sub Court, Lalgudi, is hereby withdrawn and transferred to Sub Court, Karur, which is to be tried along with H.M.O.P.No.73 of 2022.

3. With the above said observations, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition stands allowed. No costs. Consequently, connected Civil Miscellaneous Petition is closed. 23.02.2023 NCC : Yes / No Index : Yes / No 2/4
