O R D E R

This petition has been filed seeking for direction to direct the second respondent to give adequate police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner and his family members and his properties on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 14.09.2019.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the father of the petitioner allotted the properties in S.F.Nos.117,117/1, 118, 118/2, 5, 12 and 3 in favour of the petitioner. In the above said allotment, the petitioner's father executed a sale deed in favour of his brother Karthick in respect of plot comprised in S.F.No.118/5 for an extent of 5 cents and constructed a house for another brother Pandiyarajan in the land, those which were are all allotted in favour of the petitioner. CRL.O.P (MD)No.15878 of 2019 brothers and father of the petitioner assaulted the petitioner and caused injury. Therefore, the petitioner lodged a complaint against his father and brothers.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that a case was registered against the father and brother of the petitioner in Crime No.204 of 2019 for the offence under Section 394, 342 and 506(ii) on 23.09.2019 and in connection with that case, the father of the petitioner was arrested. 4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also the fact that the father of the petitioner already arrested, this Court finds no merits in this petition. Hence, this Criminal original Petition is dismissed. It is open to the petitioner to work out his remedy before the competent civil Court.
