2.Mr.G.V.Vairam Santhosh, learned Additional Government Pleader who takes notice for the respondents submits that the application of the petitioner is under consideration and it would be taken up for further action on seniority basis. 2/4

3.Considering the submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Survey Officer to complete the survey as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
