This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 4 to permit the petitioner to conduct temple festival for worshipping from 04.10.2024 to 11.10.2024 in Sri Pon Muniyandi Kovil situated at Natham S.No.28/1, Pulavarseri Village, Thamaraikudi Revenue Village, Manamadurai Taluk, Sivagangai District, by considering the petitioner's representation, dated 02.09.2024 in the light of the judgment rendered in W.P.(MD)No.22565/2022. 2/5

2. Mr.M.Muthu Manikkam, learned Government Advocate (Civil Side) takes notice for the respondents 1 to 3. Mr.E.Antony Sahaya Prabahar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor takes notice for the fourth respondent. By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Civil Side) and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State would submit that the issue between the petitioner and the private respondent came to be settled and they have agreed to conduct the festival jointly on 11.10.2024.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit the petitioner has earlier filed a writ petition in W.P.(MD)No.22565 of 2022 and this Court vide order, dated 11.10.2022, while granting permission, has issued certain directions and that the petitioner is ready to follow the same directions.
