ORDER
After some arguments, learned counsel for writ petitioner sought permission to withdraw instant writ petition, but made a plea that the rights of writ petitioner may please be preserved for filing a fresh writ petition on the same issue after annexing all necessary documents, more particularly 'tiuglk;' referred to in the schedule to the sale deed dated 19.09.2018.
