The petitioner seeks to quash the FIR in Crime No.149 of 2022 on the file of the first respondent police.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that the investigation is completed and a final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Virudhunagar and the same is yet to be taken on file.
