The Writ Petition has been filed seeking a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider the writ petitioner's representation dated 03.01.2017 and to register the undivided shares of the land in Survey No.1166/2A, measuring to an extent of 2.52.50 hectares at Eenjar Village, Sivakasi Taluk, Virudhunagar District within the stipulated time as fixed by this Court.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner would submit that partition deed came to be registered and as such, nothing survives for further adjudication.

3. Recording the same, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
