O R D E R

This Criminal Original petition has been filed to direct the Respondent to secure the detenue namely Chitradevi w/o. M. Moorthi aged about 30 years and produce the Detenue before this Honourable High Court and set her at liberty.

2. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner lodged a complaint alleging that his wife Chitradevi aged about 30 years was found missing from 13.09.2019 and on receipt of the complaint the police registered a case in Crime No. 225 of 2019 as 'Woman Missing" . Later on investigation the respondent found that the wife of the petitioner eloped with one Thirunavukarasu and their whereabouts are not known.

3. Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case, the respondent police is directed to complete the enquiry and file https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P (MD) No.15314 of 2019 final report within a period of four weeks weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
