ORDER

The petitioner has approached this Court by way of this writ petition seeking issuance of a mandamus to cancel the Family Card. 2.When the writ petition is taken up for hearing today, there is no representation for the petitioner.

3.Learned Government Advocate, on instructions, submitted that the petitioner and his wife are having some disputes and therefore, this writ petition was filed in the year 2017. Pending this writ petition, both the parties got divorce and in the meantime, the Family Card itself got lapsed and it was not subsequently renewed.

Recording the aforesaid submission made by the learned Government Advocate, this writ petition is closed. No costs. Index :
