ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed invoking Section 528 B.N.S.S. seeking orders to quash the FIR in Crime No.02 of 2025 on the file of the first respondent police.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw this petition and liberty may be given to challenge the charge sheet and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. The first respondent police is directed to complete the investigation in Crime No.02 of 2025 and file a final report within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4

After filing of the charge sheet, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the charge sheet, if so advised. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
