ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.) The order impugned dated 25.07.2025 has been issued by the Tahsildar, Thiruppathur Taluk for declining to remove the encroachment. The impugned order itself indicates that an appeal would lie before the Collector under Section 2/4

10 of the Tamil Nadu Land Encroachment Act, 1985. That being so, the petitioner is at liberty to prefer an appeal before the Collector for redressal of his grievances.
