Respondents Prayer: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, to direct the respondents to give adequate Police protection for the Petitioner in order to survey the lands in S. NO. 344/7 of Nadiyam Village Peravoorani Taluk Thanjavur District on the day fixed by the Revenue Authorities and her life and limb and her property of the petitioner.

O R D E R

This Criminal Original petition has been filed to direct the respondents to give adequate Police protection for the Petitioner in order to survey the lands in S. No. 344/7 of Nadiyam Village Peravoorani Taluk Thanjavur District on the day fixed by the Revenue Authorities and her life and limb and the property of the petitioner.

2. It is seen that there is a dispute between the petitioner and the respondents 3 to 9. In this regard, the petitioner requested the revenue officials to survey his land comprised in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P (MD) No.15323 of 2019 Survey No.344/7 of Nadiyam Village Peravoorani Taluk Thanjavur District and also paid requisite fees.

3.Under this circumstance the surveyor can seek police protection before the concerned police while surveying the land as requested by the petitioner. If the surveyor fees any hindrance or difficulty while surveying the land the second respondent is directed to consider the same and provide adequate police protection to the surveyor while surveying the petitioner's land.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
