ORDER

This Court in its earlier order dated 09.03.2023 made it clear that if steps are not taken to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased respondent before the next hearing date, this Second Appeal shall stand automatically dismissed for non-prosecution.

2. Till date, steps are not taken to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased sole respondent as directed by this Court in its earlier order dated 09.03.2023. Hence, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition, namely, C.M.P.(MD).No.11599 of 2022 stands dismissed as abated.
