This Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the first to third respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 26.09.2018 and to provide sufficient opportunity to the petitioner to submit objections regarding the patta transfer application made by the fourth respondent for the land in S.No. 83/3B situated at Sirumalai Village, Dindigul District, on the file of the third respondent.
2. This Writ Petition was filed at the stage when the petitioner had filed appeals in A.S.Nos.14 & 16 of 2018 before the Additional Subordinate Court, Dindigul against the common Judgment and Decree dated 05.12.2017 passed by the Additional District Munsif Court, Dindigul in O.S.No.496 of 2008 and O.S.No.444 of 2012. 3. It appears that the petitioner had lost the suits and therefore, the appeals were filed.
4. The learned Special Government Pleader for the first to third respondents would submit that appeals were allowed on 29.10.2021 and therefore, the petitioner's representation dated 26.09.2018 will be considered and disposed of on merits and in accordance with law.
5. Recording the same, this Writ Petition stands disposed of by directing the second and third respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 26.09.2018 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of 6 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
