O R D E R

On 13.12.2024 it was brought to the notice of this Court by the learned Government Advocate that the sole petitioner passed away two years ago. Hence, the matte was adjourned from time to time to enable the learned counsel for the petitioner to take appropriate steps.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he is not in a position to contact the legal representatives of the deceased petitioner and expressed his inability.

3. In the light of the above, this Court is left with no other option, except to treat the Writ Petition as abated. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is closed as abated leaving it open to the legal representatives of the deceased petitioner to file appropriate application, in case they intend to pursue the Writ Petition any further.
