This criminal original petition has been filed seeking orders to quash the complaint in S.T.C.No.366 of 2018, pending on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate Court at Vedasanthur. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the first respondent has produced the order passed by the learned Additional District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Vedasandur in S.T.C.No.366 of 2018 dated 15.06.2019 whereunder, by allowing the petition to withdraw complaint under Section 257 Cr.P.C. filed by the complainant, complaint was ordered to be dismissed as withdrawn and thereafter, the accused was acquitted under Section 255(1) Cr.P.C. and hence, nothing survives for further adjudication.
