COMMON PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records of the respondent's order in Na.Ka.Nos.1089/16 and 1085/16, respectively dated 16.08.2016 and quash the same and consequently, to direct the respondent to sanction pension under the Tamil Nadu Manual Workers (Construction Workers) Welfare Scheme, 1994 to the petitioners, w.e.f., 01.07.2014 based on the ID Card within the period stipulated by this Court. COMMON ORDER The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioners died on 30.06.2019 and 30.12.2022 respectively. Till date, no steps have been taken to bring the legal heirs of the petitioners on record.

2.In such view of the matter, these Writ Petitions are dismissed as abated. No costs.
