ORDER

The petitioner wants this Court to restrain the registering authority from entertaining any document from the third respondent for registration in respect of the petition mentioned property. It is seen that the patta originally stood in the name of the writ petitioner. It was subsequently changed to the third respondent's name after enquiry by the Revenue Divisional Officer. Aggrieved by the same, the petitioner moved the District Revenue Officer by filing a revision. 2.The petitioner undertakes to move the jurisdictional civil Court by filing an appropriate suit on or before 10.10.2025. If the papers are in order, the same shall be numbered immediately by the Court below. The petitioner also shall file an IA. The Court below shall dispose of the said IA on merits and in accordance with law within a period of six weeks thereafter.

3.In view of the undertaking given by the writ petitioner to move the jurisdictional civil Court and in view of the fact that the revision proceedings are pending between the parties before the District Revenue Officer, the second respondent is restrained from registering any document that may be presented by the third respondent in respect of the petition mentioned property till the end of November 2025. I make it clear that the issuance of this direction shall not mean that I have endorsed the claim of the writ petitioner or held against the third respondent. The parties will have to workout their rights only before the jurisdictional civil Court.
